What I did today
Hi
Today I'm gonna talk about what I did today (10th December). Well, this day was really boring! I woke up to went to Enlsih class, then I made hour to the lunch with Andrea talking about all, then we ate the lunch, then we went to the San Borja's Park to sleep until the next class (this was relaxing but was too short), this class is "Environmental and Territorial Conflicts". This class is entertaining but that day was so long, I think was for be sleepy. At the end, we went to our respectives houses, really, this day was sooooo boring!!!. The classes it should not be at 8:30 am. :( so saaaad.

A party
Hi
Today I'm going to talk about a special party...
I'ts so difficult think in one special party I think each one it's special somehow. One of this can be the Halloween party the last year, with a big group of friends we went to Open Blondie night witches, and all of us we went with costumes, I dressed like Gogo Yubari from Kill Bill. Before the party, we went to the house of a friend that live close to the location of the party and we drank some beverages.
In the place, we took a lot of photos with funny or amazing costumes and we danced all night in the different dance floors. That year the party was in the hippodrome that was equiped with dance floors and a big domo to the pop.
Some another party was this year in the birthday of a friend, we went to the house of another friend and all of us were drunk except the birthday boy, was an a terrible, crazy and funny night, I was locked up in a room and I don't could get out because no one was in his six senses... was terrible hehehe.
Another great party was the past year here in the university, for the "fonda" in september, we danced and drank in the Ágora after the class, this evening-night was amazing and funny, have fun with the friends and classmates.

A subject
Hi
Today I'm going to talk about a subject from my carreer Geography that I have studied. Obe of the subjects that I have studied in my two years in this carreer is Geografía del Mar, or Sea's Geography.
This subject is taught by the teacher María Victoria Soto and is one of the subject of the third semester, so I have it in the past semester to me. In this subject, we learned about the waves and swell, the type of waves, the refraction and difraction of the waves, the type of beaches referent with waves, bays, inlets, dunes, the erosion and depositation in the beaches, the bathymetry, profile of the beaches, etc.
I like this course for the topics, I think that all the information in class was interesting and the teacher explained the subject so well, the evidence is I always pay attention, I understood everything and I never slept in class hehehe.
About this course, I don't like the fact that we don't had the field trip for the manifestations :(

A special place in Santiago
Hi
Today I'm going to talk about a special place in Santiago that I like to go. First, Santiago is a ugly and contaminate city, so I don't have a favorite place but like the green areas in Santiago, like the parks, specially the Parque Forestal. This park is in Recoleta in Santiago. It's not the best and beautiful park but I think I like this park because I always went with my friends to talk or hang out, after ride in Barrio Patronato.
This year I only went two times, but the past years I always went so frequently, since I was in the school I went with my friends, and then it change in a ritual: buy sushi and candies in Patronato and eat it in the park hehehe. The past year I went with my boyfriend in one of our firsts dates hehehe.
When I go, I usually eat, hang out, take a rest, talk, etc.
The last time I went to this place was this year in March with my friends and boyfriend to talk and eat something, that day I remember a lot of people was practicing yoga and the childrens playing in the play's area of the park. This place is funny and always there are dogs (I love dogs!) dogs of the street and pets, the people usually go to this place to go out for a walk with his pets.
I think I will go soon... I hope you like my post, bye!

Something special I would like to own

Well, I don't have something special in mind, but now that I painted my room I think I would like a new desk. I have one but it's so umconfortable and I incorporate a new chair, with up and down like the chairs of the class hahaha, my chair don't have it. In general, things to decorate my room, I think in a Totoro's bed <3 ...

"Daughter" and it is from England, the singer is Elena Tonra, the
guitarrist is Igor Haefelli and the bass is played by Remi Aguilella. Well, I

Someone I would like to meet

Today I'm going to talk about someone I would like to meet, sincerely I don't have someone in my mind I think if you meet someone it's not premeditated, but if I have to say one I would choose someone random. I can say Vivienne Westwood, who is a british fashion designer associate to the punk and new wave since the 70's. I met his job seeing photos of japanese street fashion and I loved her style of design, it's so original, daring and rude. Today she has 74 years old so If I talk with her I will ask about her beginning on the industry of fashion and what inspires her. I'm interested on this person because I always wished be a fashion designer hehehe, and I love the combinations and fabric of the clothes, I like the people with style.
I admire her boldness to create clothes and how she wears the clothes, still today she looks always so crazy and rude: hair with flashy colors and strong make-up. I think I want to be an adventurous old woman like her in the future hahaha.

A restaurant
Hi
Today, I will talk about a restaurant, well, it's not a restaurant, it's a cafeteria and it's called "Había una vez". I love restaurant and cafeterias, specially the asian restaurants, because the food, I recommend you "Sukine", "Kintaro" and "Restaurant Japón" (this it's so close to our faculty!).
Well, about "Había una vez" I can say it's a cafeteria ubicated in the Santa Filomena street in Recoleta. In there you can eat so many candies, cakes, breads and sandwich. Also, you can drink milk shakes, slushs and different coffees. I always went with friends or my sisters, the last time I went with Andrea y Gianinna hehehe.
My favorite products are the milk shake with mango flavor, the melon bread (wonderful) and

A concert
Hi
Today I'm gonna talk about a concert that I went. In my life I went to 8 concerts. My first concert was in 2009 with my favorite band called LM.C, and the last concert was the last year 2014 in november, that concert was the Thirty Seconds to Mars. The best concert was the second time that LM.C come to Chile in 2012. The concert was in Teatro Teletón and was incredible, I went with a friend and my little sister. The band is not much popular in Chile so the number of assistants was around 300 people, because of this the show it felt so much personal and near to the fans. We could choose a song that they played and try to communicate with the members with a translator girl (they're from Japan). Besides, at the end of the show the VIP people could shake hands with the members of the band, I was VIP and the meet and great was amazing and moving.
I love concerts when you love the artist or band, it's so exciting hear the music in live and high, it's a great experience. I waiting for a new concert to go!! hahaha.

A field trip

Today I'm gonna talk about a field trip in my career of Geography. The best field trips was on the Geology's course, but in fact we haven't travelled so much until now on a field trips because we're only in second year and this year many trips are cancelled for the movilizations. One of them was the field trip to the Mataquito River basin with the Valley of Teno River and finished in the Iloca's shore in the Región del Maule. In that trip we were 2 days in there and we stayed in a school to sleep. This trip was so entertaining, we saw beautiful landscapes and rivers and we shared moments as a classmates and friends. We went the second semester of the past year and we went with the teacher Rodrigo and the assistant Misael. We made different stops and we analyzed the forms and elements of the landscape for a semester's work. I hope the futures field trips will be interesting and entertaining like this.

A Walk
Hi
Today I'm going to talk about a walk that I would like to do again.
First, I'm not a traveller person (I wish travel and walk more than till now), so I don't go out in a walk frequently to other cities or town, but every day I take a walk with my dog hahaha.
Well, a walk that I would like to do again is go to Cajón del Maipo. After this walk, I went one time to there and that was the first time I see the snow, but it wasn't too cool because it was winter and everywhere was cold, and I stayed in a cabin with my family. But the past year, we went in a field trip to Geology and it was so cool, we could see a landscape so sunny and change to other with a lot snow!, the more we walked to the Cordillera de Los Andes, the more was the snow, the change of landscape and weather, also the morphology. You could see the Cordillera de Los Andes in all his expression. I liked this walk (even it was a field trip hehehe) because this, the change and the many scenery was so beautiful. I wish go another time and become to Embalse El Yeso. I see this place in many photos and the landscape is majestic, my plan is go this year!.
In future, I wish I would go to many natural places to enjoy his characteristics and I hope walk with my family or friends.

A country I would like to visit
Hi
Today I'm going to talk about a country I would like to visit. First, I never went to the foreign, I really want to visit so many countries like Japan, France, Finland, Greece, Italy, Brazil, England and many others. Because teacher Simon talks about Japan I will write about England hahaha.
I always want to England, I think the people can be influenced by the TV, books or movies in choose a country to go (that's my case), I don't like the TV but my mom always watch a cooking TV programme of Jamie Oliver and the little things I can watch of England I really liked, but the part with more nature. As well as, stories of many books are situated in England and that influenced on me (like Pride and Prejudice <3 hahaha).
Also, I watched a movie that appears Cornwall, a county in the South of England. This place I really liked for the landscapes and the sea, the beaches are so beautiful.
Principally, I will like to go to Cornwall with my family because I think is a quiet and calm place to go to rest and enjoy the company. Besides, I will like to go to London and the others typical cities. I will want to know the culture of the country and the tradition.

A piece of Art
Hi
Today I will write you about a piece of art. Really? I'm not an art fan, I never go to exhibitions or museums, but I can talk about one painting that I like so much. The name is "The Swing", it's a oil painting by Jean Fragonard of 18th century. It's a piece of art of the age of Rococo.
Rococo is an antique movement of art who is characterize by soft and clear colors, with forms inspired on the nature and love themes.
"The Swing" shows a woman and two men, one can be her husband (behind her) and the other one can be her lover (front her) who is seeing her underwear, under a cupid statue.
Personally, I think I love this paint for the colors. I saw it for the first time when I was in school for a homework in the Arts subject. It's special from others painting for me because I love the pastel colors and the clothes of that age, the details are so elegant.

Free Post: Food
Hi
Today I'm gonna talk about my favorite food. I think that I don't have a real favorite food, but I can say that I love so much the rice, because of that, always the asian food it's good to me.
Today the most popular can be the sushi, I really like but what makes me crazy is the korean food. I discovered one day with a friend when we went to "Barrio Patronato", we always go there because there are many different stores of different goods and a cute cafeteria, so one day we walked more than common and we founded a korean restaurant, in that moment I decided go there in the future. When we went (with my sister) it was so difficult choose because everything was new for us, but finally I decided for the "bibim bap", since that first time was one of my favorites meals, this plate of food have a little of meat, rice, vegetables and egg. With the time, I went to differents korean restaurants in Santiago (I'm a fanatic).
I think I like this type of food because it's not heavy to eat and it's very healthy, the food doesn't have so much condiments and the plates of food have different vegetables (I love vegetables).

Particularly, I like this device, because permits me keeping connected with the people and the actual news, share photos or opinions, play, and more.
In the photos appear my first cellphone (I searched in google and I founded it, it's nostalgic) and my present cellphone.

A beach
Hi,
Today, I write you about a beach of Chile, this country have a lot of beaches, but in my list of visited beaches are really not much, principally because I don't like much the beach, only the last time I have a little better apreciation of that, the problem is the sand!!. So, when I was a child I traveled to he north of Chile and I remember so many beautiful beaches, but not the names hahaha, the beach that I like in some way is El Canelo, in the Quinta Región de Valparaíso. It's very usual go to this beach, almost all people know El Canelo. I like this beach because the sand is soft and the waters are calm, well, before at 6 pm. because after that hour the waters are a little bit crazy, the last time that I visited I went with friends, I was so happy playing with a friend and, out of nowhere, a wave atacked us, really, it was so funny but a little painful.

Something I Would like to learn

Something that I would like to learn so much it's play the drums. Why? because I think the sound is very cool and strong, it's the base of a song, the drummer has all the rhythm. I think that it's difficult because you must move the hands and foots in different rhythms, so, you must be so coordinate. I don't know how long would take learn this instrument, maybe 2 years? to play something decent hahaha. The most important reason because I don't play this instrument it's for the price, it's so expensive to me, in fact, the past summer I looked for a work to pay a drums, but I was unlocky to find a work. Some difficult that I would face in trying to learn drums is the sound, the noise of the instrument it's so high that the neighboors can be annoyed. Really, I don't have a referent of drummer, I just only love the sound.

A photograph I took
Today I write about a photo that I took. I love this photo because have a cute mural, that in fact is in a door. I found this paint the past month, when I went with a friend to climb the San Cristobal's hill. So, walking to the hill, we founded it. Specifically, this mural are in the Pío Nono street, in Barrio Bellavista in Providencia, Santiago of Chile. The photograph shows the door with the paint, the characters are so many bears and bunnies, someones happy and someones angry. I love the cute and pink things and I love bears, the paint it's tender. In general, I like murals, I think it's difficult draw and paint in big surfaces, so specifically, I respect the mural painters, but not the graffitis, that it's ugly. Concerning murals, in Departamental avenue, in San Miguel, are so many bigs murals, I think that everybody must see that street art.

First day at the university
Hi
Today I write about my firsts, yeah, I have 2 first days at the university. My first day was in Universidad de Santiago de Chile, that first day was horrible, I wasn't sure about that career (International Studies) and I hated that university, so that day it wasn't my day, the classes were so boring, I spoke with some guy of the second year of the career and that's all, I only wanted go of that place!. I never feel good in there, so I change to Geography to the next year, but not everything was horrible, I made two good friends in that semester that still are my friends. The first day at University of Chile was so relax to me, I really like the faculty and the people, the first class was entertaining, the welcome discourse of teacher Pino was so boring, at the break I spoke with some classmates, the first persons that I talked was Erick, Camila and Loreto, and at the end of the classes I stayed with a group to talk. With the time, I met many different classmates and someones becomes in friends.
Today I write about my firsts, yeah, I have 2 first days at the university. My first day was in Universidad de Santiago de Chile, that first day was horrible, I wasn't sure about that career (International Studies) and I hated that university, so that day it wasn't my day, the classes were so boring, I spoke with some guy of the second year of the career and that's all, I only wanted go of that place!. I never feel good in there, so I change to Geography to the next year, but not everything was horrible, I made two good friends in that semester that still are my friends. The first day at University of Chile was so relax to me, I really like the faculty and the people, the first class was entertaining, the welcome discourse of teacher Pino was so boring, at the break I spoke with some classmates, the first persons that I talked was Erick, Camila and Loreto, and at the end of the classes I stayed with a group to talk. With the time, I met many different classmates and someones becomes in friends.
Best Holidays

Today, I write about my best holiday, in my case, the best was this year. With my family travel to Lago Lanalhue, in the south of Chile, next to the city called Cañete, in the Región del Biobío. We traveled in car 8 to 9 hours, it was so tiring. We go with my dog and my cat stayed in home because he don't like change his place. So, we arrived in the night, and the landscape it was so beautiful and I couldn't wait to see with the lights of the day. The next day, we went to the lake (it was like 20 steps) to take a swim and take the kayak. We stayed 10 days, we went everyday to the lake, we made a barbeque, we went out to play with my dog, we watched movies at the night in the cabin and we went to Cañete to buy, go out for a walk or go to a restaurant.
The lake it was so beautiful, early at the morning or late at the night, the water it was so calm that look like a mirror, contrary at the midday, the water forms small waves for the wind. In that place get dark at 10 pm. so the day was more long. I can't wait to go again to this place!!

The most beautiful dog in the universe
Hi
Today, I write about my dog, his name is Charly, he is 4 years old and his colors are black and white. Charly is so tender, innocent and playful. When I founded with my family, he was sick, hungry and dirty, someone run over his paw in a car, and he was in my garden alone, as well as, probably someone abandoned it. So, my mom (with her grandma's heart) cares Charly, and we adopted as family. In that moment, I didn't like dogs, but with the time, Charly steals my heart. Today, he's a healthy and happy dog, he's like a child. The Charly's hobbies are go out for a walk, eat something that not be his own food, cuddling with everybody and play with his toys. He has so many toys, including a roast chicken, a zebra and a dinosaur.

A TV programme
Hi
Today, I write about a TV show called Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. When I was child I loved this programme, I was like 7 or 8 years old when start to watch this serie. It's about Sabrina Spellman, a teenage who lives with her two uncles Hilda and Zelda and the black cat called Salem, the talking cat (this was my favourite character, it was so funny and loving). Sabrina takes a quiet adolescent life until the uncles reveals the secret of the family: they are witches and Sabrina too. So, Sabrina around the programme discover her powers and new adventures. Salem, in fact, it's not cat, it's a man who wanted dominate the world and his punishment is living in a cat body. The series ran from 1996 to 2003, but in Latin America was a little late.
The programme was so funny and entertaining, I liked the fact that she was a witch, I love the fiction and magic of the show. One curious detail: because of this show I love the black cats, in fact, I have a black cat called Junior and in the past I had another black cat called Dash.

A song
Hi,
Today I show you a song that I like so much listening. About the music, I love differents styles in different languages, like rock, pop, ska, funk, electronic music, among others. Recently I change so much of styles because I get bored a little fast about the songs. Last time I listened pop so much, I discover a cute french artist and a american/japanese dj. This dj is Spazzkid, his music is like electronic pop and experimental. The songs of this artist are so relax, that it's the reason because I listen to. The song that I show you is called "Getting to know you" and it's the first song that I listened of this artist, it's from the album "Desire". The songs don't have so much lyrics, in fact, there are songs without voices or lyrics, The song is from 2013.

My name is Fernanda, I'm 21 years old and I study Geography at the University of Chile.
My hobbies are watch movies, do some physical activities and go to shopping. About the movies, I prefer the suspense, drama and science fiction. Sometimes I watch some anime, just a little bit because demands many time. About the physical activities, the last year I went to the gym a couple of months and there I met the Step and Spinning. Recently, I decide that this year I will in shape, so I do Step and Tae Bo in home because the gym is so expensive for me. About the shopping, I'm crazy for the clothes, when I go shop, I go alone to take the time that I want.
I have two pets that I love so much, one dog, is called Charly and a cat called Junior. Charly is the most beautiful and tender dog in the universe, in fact, when he dies I wanna be tattooed his face.
In the future, I want to travel so much for all the world and meet so many different peoples, and that is my objective.
